• “KALYRA” refers to the Kalimantan Alliance for Land Yield Restoration and Adaptation, also known as Muvun Balan, a carbon ecosystem initiative in East Kalimantan, Indonesia.

• “Content” refers to all text, graphics, images, data, methodologies, and materials published on the Site.
• “Carbon Credits” refers to verified or certified greenhouse gas emission reductions or removals, including those issued under the Verra VM0047 methodology.
• “User” or “you” refers to any person accessing or using the Site.

You may use the Site for lawful, informational, and non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that breaches applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Site, its servers, or the contact-form backend.
• Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or any other malicious code.
• Scrape, copy, or systematically extract Content without our prior written consent.

All Content on this Site — including the KALYRA name and logo, the Muvun Balan concept, project methodologies, descriptions, photographs, illustrations, data, and site design — is owned by or licensed to KALYRA and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws.

You may view, download, and print Content from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided that all copyright, trademark, and other proprietary notices are retained. The names “KALYRA”, “Muvun Balan”, and associated logos are trademarks of KALYRA. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

This Site describes a carbon ecosystem project being developed under the Verra VM0047 Afforestation, Reforestation, and Revegetation (ARR) methodology, with an estimated carbon production of 269,920–402,770 tCO2e/year across approximately 32,263 hectares in East Kalimantan.

All figures relating to carbon production, land area, job creation, and project timelines are estimates and forward-looking statements based on current methodologies and assumptions. Actual results may differ materially. No Content on this Site constitutes an offer, solicitation, or commitment to sell, purchase, retire, or transact in Carbon Credits.

Availability, pricing, and terms of any Carbon Credits are subject to separate written agreements and to the rules of the relevant registries and standards bodies.

Information provided on this Site — including any references to the Carbon Ecosystem Blockchain, projected yields, or sustainability outcomes — is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, or environmental advice.
